My friends who have come over describe my place as calm, creative, and energizing. It is fully furnished and some projects will continue here and there while I am gone. Some fun things include my small family of cats that are friendly or still coming out of their shell and a stand-up piano. Both my rooms up for rent have their own smart TVs on the first level with a shared bathroom, normal closets, a big dresser, full size beds and nightstands. I have in house washer and dryer units, general kitchen supplies, dishwasher, microwave, oven. I have limited storage space in the house. But have a detached garage in the backyard. I prefer nonsmokers. I am okay with vaping inside. Asking for 1000/month if I take on one more tenant, if I take on two I'm up for negotiating as needed. Will have to be cat friendly, I can't allow more pets inside the house though. Let me know if you have any questions, I'm negotiable and willing to make things work out!
