Associate Procurement Analyst
ADP is hiring an Associate Procurement Analyst.
In this position you will process and manage software related Payment Schedule and Termination requests in the Procurement Asset Management System.
Ensure timely and accurate data entry by collaborating with the internal procurement, finance and accounting teams.
Own the Tririga data for assigned vendors and/or commodities and manage the payment process with the ADP's AP team and vendors.

ESSENTIAL
Responsibilities:
1.
Work with Strategic Sourcing team to review all pertinent documents from Archer and Ariba to manage software maintenance and software subscriptions deals in the Procurement Asset Management System.
2.
Update and manage the Procurement Asset Management System for all Ariba Purchase Orders and end user termination requests, ensuring the related financial information is updated timely and accurately.
3.
Monitor, validate and approve the work performed by the robot within the Procurement Asset Management System.
4.
Work closely with the finance and accounting teams with regards to your assigned vendors for all material Tririga updates.
5.
Analyze large sets of Tririga data and share with management team and key stakeholders.
6.
Process Tririga invoices for payment and reconcile invoices with variances and determine appropriate course of action.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree or work experience equivalent.
Experience:
2
years preferred in business environment.
Effective written and oral communications skills.
Accuracy, analytical and organizational skills.
PC experience required, intermediate Excel (spreadsheet), MS Office Suite, etc.
Generic Skills:
Position requires organized individual capable of handling the complexities of large software maintenance and software subscription datasets.
Salary:
$9.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
