PROGRAM ANALYST

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the 13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience developing metrics and conducting complex studies and analysis. Experience applying statistical techniques utilizing analytical and statistical theory (i.e. establishment of confidence intervals and analysis of intervals). Experience applying management techniques to gain iterative knowledge, and log and track requirements progress, using briefing media, emails and the OPNAV- PBIS data base. Experience applying mathematical models to evaluate war-fighting effectiveness to inform Fleet Capability requirements and make recommendations for strategy, guidance and POM process improvement. Experience analyzing policy, programs, operations, development brief reports, integration and interoperability studies to provide strategic guidance and assess war-fighting capability. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
