JOINT OPS PLANNER

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience developing and coordinating operational plans, which support maritime homeland defense, campaign plans, or defense support to civil authorities (DSCA) operations in accordance with the Joint Operational Planning Process (JOPP). Experience conducting long-range maritime homeland defense (MHD) planning, operational assessment, and integration in support of higher headquarters' strategic and operational plans. Experience demonstrating a firm understanding and application of the Navy Planning Process, Joint Planning Process as well as the Navy Maritime Operations Center (MOC) process. Experience utilizing strategic planning guidance documents including, but not limited to National Defense/Military Strategies, Unified Command Plan, Guidance for Employment of the Force, Global Force Management Implementation Guidance, and Joint Strategic Campaign Plan. Experience leading planning teams, communicating ideas effectively, and demonstrating knowledge of key enabling technologies (i.e. Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, Share Point, etc.). The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
