SUPERVISORY FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience directing and/or performing continuing program execution, review, analysis and appraisal of the major operating and support programs within the organization; Experience implementing new substantive programs that are complicated by lack of data upon which to base budget, financial planning, and execute strategies in support of organization's mission; Experience preparing briefs for senior management on program execution and provide recommendations to correct program variances or problem areas; Experience developing proposals concerning alternative methods, sources, and timing of financing for substantive programs; Experience directing and/or performing budgetary operations to include formulation, preparation, presentation, and defense of various budget requests for multiple appropriations; Experience conducting oversight of direct and reimbursable civilian personnel end strength and full time equivalents, Overseas Contingency Operations (OCO), and baseline budget processes by providing independent analysis, advise, and recommendations for all areas of budget formulation to facilitate the effective, efficient, and timely application of financial resources to achieve the mission of the organization; Experience resolving issues in work environments that continually change program objectives and program requirements resulting from new legislation. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
