ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION SPECIALIST
GS-9 Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Assists team leader or supervisor to determine resolution of routine problems associated with water and wastewater, air above and underground storage tanks, spill prevention, hazardous waste, and restoration programs; 2) Utilizes standard environmental compliance technologies to resolve compliance problems; 3) Implements inspection checklists; and 4) Assess the impact of daily routines on public safety and the environment.
