Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
In depth knowledge and experience in software application development at an enterprise level using the latest technologies (Business Intelligence, Cloud Computing, Web, SharePoint Portals, etc.) Experience in solving complex issues and problems associated with current and emerging information technologies. Experience in collaborating with DOD and DON agencies on projects, issues, and technologies. Experience in developing strategic methodologies and process improvement. Experience in providing technical recommendation and briefs to upper management on information management, system capabilities, and problem resolution. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
