ARCTIC OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience providing highly reliable source of information on all aspects of submarine operations. Experience in all areas of submarine ship handling, ship control systems, sonar, navigation, piloting, mooring, combat systems, communications and ship's characteristics. Experience managing and providing technical direction and advice to a wide variety of technically different projects. Experience in submarine test and evaluation of systems designed for fleet application. Experience working with submarine systems, technology, underwater acoustic and employment of sensors. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
