PROGRAM ANALYST

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience observing the fundamentals of the Department of Defense (DoD) acquisition, resourcing and requirements processes. Experience identifying the Readiness Kill Chain methodology and its application. Experience identifying command and control relationships with OPNAV, Combatant Commanders, and subordinate commanders. Experience identifying ship, aircraft and combat system capabilities, limitations and associated CONOPS for operational employment. Experience assisting in tailoring force development plans to meet operational requirements as it relates to the composition and configurations of deploying Naval Forces. Experience with data base organization and maintenance to ensure force development plans are recorded, and tracked to completion Experience recognizing new issues, departing from past approaches and developing and recommending executable alternative solutions. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
