FLT EXERCISE SUPPORT COORD
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the grade level or pay band GS-12 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Ability to comprehend, interrelate and evaluate facts/ distinguish between causes and effects and understand impacts on operational decisions. Knowledge of Joint Operations Planning and Execution System (JOPES) sufficient to assist units in preparing Time Phased Force Deployment Data (TPFDD) for movement of personnel and equipment. Expert knowledge of the Joint Training Information Management System (JTIMS) sufficient to assist Branch and Directorate Heads and to Echelon III subordinate commanders in the use of the automated processes. Possess a detailed knowledge of the Joint Training System. Experience and detailed knowledge to develop and manage resource and funding plans that support mission essential training within established budgetary guidelines. Experience and detailed understanding of the Universal Joint Training List (UJTL) and Mission Essential Task List (METL) concepts supporting the Joint Training System. Experience and detailed understanding of the Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRSS) and it's linkage to reporting of Navy Mission Essential Tasks.
