FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST

To qualify for the FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST, GS-0501-13, your resume must demonstrate at least one full year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to the level of difficulty and responsibility to that of the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience providing various analyses and oversight of a wide range of complex budget formulation and execution processes for programs, line items, and appropriations at the headquarters level. Experience analyzing budgetary data, estimates, and requests from lower echelon activities to prepare budget justification material and exhibits for submission during budget cycles Experience evaluating budget controls, spend plans, and other formal or informal tasks in support of efficient and effective execution of budgetary resources. Experience synthesizing data from various budget, accounting, and management information systems/reports to evaluate financial performance of assigned programs, budget line items, and budget activity groups. Experience providing accurate and cogent analysis of financial and managerial data for management in support of the defense and execution of approved budgets, and long-range budget plans. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
