Engineering Technician

ICI Services is looking for a motivated individual who wants to join our team in Norfolk, VA. We are a mid-sized defense contractor providing Engineering, Logistics, Program Services, and Technical Services to government clients in 20 states and the District of Columbia. We need an Engineering Technician ready to join a fast-paced and exciting work environment.
Security Clearance:
Must hold an active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET personnel security clearance
Responsibilities:
Assist with design, modification, and test of products and processes.
Inspect products and processes for flaws and identify areas of improvement.
Conduct tests and collect data.
Build and set up equipment.
Create prototypes of equipment.
Prepare and conduct test on prototype equipment.
Calculate or record results during testing.
Calibrate and maintain test equipment.
Estimate construction costs and specify materials to be used.
Design, develop, test, and manufacture electrical and electronic equipment.
Design, develop, test, and manufacture electronic and computer-controlled mechanical systems.
Experience Requirements:
US Navy experience in a mechanical, electrical or electronic engineering specialty a plus
Educational Requirements:
Associates Degree or higher a plus

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
