Location:
Naval Station in Norfolk, VA area.
Duties include:
Will create computer generated instructional media to include photos, video, animation, 3-D animation, posters, and other interactive multimedia. Be able to work closely with instructional designers to produce instructional media products that meet learning objectives; review graphic materials to be presented and ensure information is presented in an eye-catching, yet organized manner; develop 3-D models and animations, cartoon development, and other graphic / photo manipulation for both print and electronic display; package instructional materials for delivery per Sharable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM) standards.
Experience:
Three (3) years of multimedia development experience, with a minimum of one (1) year developing in FLASH. Candidate should be proficient with Flash Action Script, JavaScript, HTML5, style sheets, Captivate and WebForms is required. Experience with Department of Defense (DoD), SCORM, and Navy learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
Specific
Experience:
Create graphic design layouts meeting learning objectives, develop Microsoft PowerPoint and Captivate templates or animated slideshows; create interactive learning in HTML/HTML 5.0, JavaScript, XML. Be able to perform functional testing and validate requirements.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Graphic Design, or equivalent additional experience
Additional Requirements:
Must be able to pass background investigation to qualify for Secret Level or above Security Clearance. Existing or recent clearance is desired.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
