Staffing Coordinator
Highly motivated self-starter needed for new office opening in Jacksonville. The following qualifications are desired:
Knowledge of Staffing, Recruiting and/or Human Resource functions
Knowledge of Naval ships a plus
Shipyard experience a plus
Former military a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Shipyard Staffing is one of the leading staffing firms in the Hampton Roads area of VA, and we are expanding to Jacksonville FL. This is an outstanding ground floor opportunity for the right candidate. Duties will include but not be limited to:
Sourcing candidates
Interviewing candidates by phone and in person
Provide safety training/orientation for all new employees
Work closely with clients to ascertain and fulfill their temporary staffing needs
Handle all work-related issues/incidents for local employees
Work closely with the VA team for applicant sourcing
