HVAC Service Technician
Perform maintenance and make repairs to commercial HVAC equipment and controls. Outstanding pay and benefit package to the outstanding service tech.
HVAC Service Technician will be responsible for providing our clients with quality technical expertise, installation, service, and support on all types of HVAC equipment. They must be able to troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC equipment in an efficient and professional manner. The Technician must also be committed to safety, and must have solid interpersonal/customer service skills.
The ideal candidate for this position has graduated from an accredited HVAC training program and has at least five years of experience in the commercial or residential HVAC industry. In addition, the successful candidate must have a valid Virginia driver's license with a clean driving record, be able to lift at least 50 pounds, and have a basic knowledge of computer programs. Great career change for the residential tech that's tired of attics and crawl spaces.
The following is a partial list of duties and responsibilities associated with this position:
Provide expert servicing and installing Commercial HVAC equipment
Communicate effectively with other employees and customers.
Document all service calls according to our clients requirements.
Perform all work while following all safety procedures.
Train other service technicians when needed.
Have basic knowledge of computer programs, and DDC control systems.
Have a clean driving record, and a valid NC driver's license.
Company vehicle is provided, so an excellent driving record is a must.
Pass all assessments administered during the hiring process, including pre-employment drug testing, and background check.
Perform other duties as required
