Welders - Shipyard **$500 Bonus** **Per Diem**
Seeking experienced Shipyard Welders:
$500 Bonus Per Diem
RAPIDGate Eligible preferred
Structural Welders
Copper Nickel Welders
Aluminum Welders
Pipe Welders
MUST have 3-5 years of SHIPYARD experience.
MUST pass weld test in overhead, vertical, and horizontal positions with STICK and FLUX
CuNi:
1) Must possess knowledge, skills and abilities sufficient to cut, weld, and perform other hot work on piping as required. The welder may be required to pass appropriate certification tests.
2) Must be OSHA certified or become certified upon hire.
3) Experience working in a physically demanding environment.
Aluminum MIG:
Must be 1st class experienced Aluminum MIG Welders as you will be required to pass a 3 positions weld test to include vertical, overhead and horizontal and then it will be x-rayed. Thumb control on the welding torch experience is a plus as well. The aluminum is 5/8 inch thick. Must have 5 years min. shipyard experience.
Must pass a background check
RAPIDGate a plus; company will sponsor eligible candidate.
OSHA card required; company will sponsor if necessary.
