Information Assurance Analyst
SOLUTE is seeking and experienced Information Assurance Analyst to support Force Operational Readiness Assessments by delivering analytical services by assisting in the review of existing data, management of collection systems, applications and associated databases, and data Subject Matter Expert (SME) analysis to determine risk to one of the listed focused product lines. This service will include, but not be limited to:
Gathering monthly DRRS-N containing units IA or Command and control Communications (CCC) data and Commanders comments;
Verifying IA and cyber security data for units reported via the DRRS-N using, but not limited to, various databases such as Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS),Information Assurance Tracking System (IATS), Vulnerability Remediation Asset Manager (VRAM), SPAWAR Acquisition & Integrated Logistics Online Repository (SAILOR) 2.0, Information Condition (INFOCON), and Online Compliance & Readiness System (OCRS);
Compiling and analyzing data, and developing a monthly IA Dashboard for leadership review;
Communicating feedback to operational Forces identified with IA vulnerabilities to the Department of Defense Information Network (DoDIN) and coordinating corrections, collecting responses and validating reporting; developing point papers, naval messages, presentations, briefings and other forms of written documentation on an as needed basis; and
Developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), checklists, workflow process charts, forms, Points of Contact (POC) lists, and other documentation needed to support required processes and related Certification and Accreditation and Information Assurance functions.

Required
Qualifications:
?Minimum ten (10) years of experience in Information Assurance (IA) and Cyber security data analysis, processes, techniques, requirements and procedures
?supporting network defense and compliance assessment activities.
?At least 2 years of experience in defining security programs or processes for the protection of sensitive or classified information.
?Demonstrated experience and knowledge in three or more of the following areas:
o IA requirements analysis, design development and implementation;
o IA requirements and IA controls analysis;
o IA policy or CONOPS development;
o Contingency planning;
o Requirements for classified data network operations;
o Requirements for information processing; & network architecture and design.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics, computer science, or business desired.
Certifications/Qualifications (REQUIRED):
o Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
o Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) or Global Information Assurance Certification Security Leadership Certification (GSLC)
o DoDI 8570 IAM-III
Certifications/Qualifications (DESIRED):
o Information Systems Security Management Professional (ISSMP) or Information Systems Security Engineering Professional (ISSEP)
Security Clearance: TS clearance required.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
