Superintendent / Project Manager
A leading Residential Custom Home Builder is seeking a Project Manager/Superintendent to coordinate and lead their field team. This is a great opportunity with a leading builder to build custom high end homes homes and renovations. Many projects in the pipeline. This position is mostly an in the field position overseeing subcrontractors and assuring project accuracy.

Project Manager / Superintendent
- 5 years experience as a Residential Project Manager / Superintendent
- Must have high-end custom ground up Residential Building Experence
- Must have high-end residential renovation and remodel experience
- Demonstrable ability to lead construction projects in various phases concurrently.
- Must have experience managing high-end net worth clients
- Must have good customer/vendor interactions and good communication skills
- Must be able to manage relationships and keep things moving
- Well organized, proactive, and a great communicator
- Industry consistent work history
- College Degree is definitely preferred
- Buildertrend Experience as well as Quickbooks CRM
