We lease individual office spaces to businesses who are just starting their journey, satellite offices for international companies, and everything in between.
We are looking for an administrative assistant / receptionist who will be working at our downtown location at 900 Granby Street, Norfolk, VA.
It is a full time position Monday - Friday with hours at 9AM - 6PM with a 1 hour lunch break from 1pm - 2pm We are looking for a Building Receptionist and Marketing Manager.
Qualifications:
Reliable self-transportation Strong communication and interpersonal relationship skills Cheerful/Positive demeanor and eagerness to assist Tenants and Learn the ins-and-outs of our Office Building with an attention to detail Experience with typing Word Documents and Excel (know your basic way around a computer and organizing files and writing simple Word and Excel documents) Maintaining professionalism and problem solving.
Experience in Property Management or Hospitality is a huge plus Experience in Marketing and Social Media usage is a plus Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
