Sodexo is seeking a District Manager to lead a large, growing Senior Living portfolio of 8 different client sites in the Virginia market.
Prefer the right candidate reside in Virginia.
Base salary target up to $140,000, plus bonus, car allowance, great benefits, 3 weeks paid vacation, 401K, and more.
This position will home office in Virginia, but may require additional travel outside the state from time to time.
This is a hands-on Senior Management position with active operations responsibilities and accountability.
This position reports to the Vice President of Operations and is required to facilitate on-going portfolio communication, standards and business objectives.

High level food, micro/traditional market operations Strong understanding of a continuing care facility High-End Executive catering services Fine Dining experience and/or background Contract experience Ability to coach, teach, and develop multiple teams The successful candidate will have:
Strong team development skills, client relationship skills, Proven successful P&L management experience, Experience in a senior living, hospitals, or healthcare setting/client, Coordinate and direct subordinate managers, supervisors and frontline employees, Lead the teams financial performance, client retention, policy compliance, and employee training & development, Demonstrated ability to meet multiple deadlines and manage workload, Experience working with clients and VP in areas relating to contract and account operations.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
