You're a creative and detail-oriented design enthusiast, unafraid to get hands-on to perfect the visual appeal of luxury accommodations.
With a keen eye for aesthetics, you take pride in ensuring every detail is just right, from tightening furniture screws to smoothing out beds.
Your can-do attitude, reliable transportation, and comfort with giving direction make you an ideal fit for a part-time role seamlessly transitioning between staging and inspecting, ensuring each guest stay is unforgettable.
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our furnished homes are impeccably staged and ready for guests.
Responsibilities:
Inspect and reset high-end apartments and homes, ensuring they meet our quality standards.
Perform hands-on tasks, including tightening furniture, rearranging inventory in cabinets, stocking, smoothing out beds, and straightening curtains, wiping down or touching up cleaning.
Utilize your eye for design to enhance the visual appeal of each unit.
Work closely with our COO to stage units, preparing them for the upcoming summer season.
Requirements:
Strong eye for design and attention to detail.
Effectively provides direction while being hands-on in various tasks.
Must have reliable transportation for local travel between units.
Available to begin immediately by assisting with staging units for the summer season.
Open to a role that will transition into a part-time summer role involving inspecting units before guest check-ins.
Willing to work Part-Time, typically between 11 am and 4 pm with weekends included in that schedule.
