Experience working with ADP a plus.
Some duties will include:
Shop Timekeeper needed for shipyard.
ADP experience a plus 1.
Adept in Technology Technological skills necessary to perform data entry, manage team calendars, and create and or manage company reports Familiar with Microsoft Office software like Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and more.

Verbal & Written Communication Communication abilities.
Handling incoming correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
Friendly and positive attitude when they interact with others.

Organization Organization skills needed to keep yourself and the whole office organized Organizing team schedules, events, and files with a system that works best for fellow team members in the shop 4.
Time Keeper -ADP Timekeeping Software Maintaining time sheets, accurately inputting time, and attendance data into the computer.
Verify attendance, and hours worked while tracking overtime hours and approving compensatory time.

Strategic Planning Prioritizing your tasks in order of importance or planning processes for the entire office to follow.
6.
Resourcefulness Be able to adapt to get the job done and assist your teammates.
Resourceful in getting tasks done through multi-tasking and creative thinking skills to reach a solution.

Detail-Oriented Need to be detail-oriented to catch potential typos and grammatical errors.
8.
