Director of Catering

We are seeking a talented Catering Director for our gorgeous campus in Norfolk, VA.
This Catering Director will collaborate with our Chef to deliver creative food presentations, train front staff on service techniques, and direct marketing to maximize our catering visibility.
This is a client-facing role for an organized and polished catering professional.
Compensation:
$75,000 - $80,000 (Commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities:
Ensure high client satisfaction to retain accounts Off-Campus Catering Foster associate creativity within company guidelines Stay informed on competitive and market conditions internally and externally Manage expenses within budget for the catering department
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Foodservice or Culinary Management preferred High Volume Event experience Minimum 3-5 years experience in the hospitality industry with 2 years in management, ideally in Catering Management Skilled in booking, menu planning, costing, pricing, contracting, and sourcing temporary staff and equipment Ability to oversee food preparation, service, and clean-up If you are interested in driving your career to the next level, apply today!Only qualified candidates will be contacted.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
