Essential Duties and Responsibilities Carpentry:
install kitchen cabinets, vanities, doors, and windows.
Repair and replace siding Plumbing:
install bathroom sinks, kitchen sinks, hot water heater Electrical:
outlet/switch; some breaker work Drywall repairs Ensures all equipment, safety, and maintenance procedures are followed Follows all safety rules and company safety policies Strives to improve job skills and develop the potential for upward mobility Maintain a clean and safe job site Apartment maintenance issues Working from an extension ladder, dig and repair water and sewer lines as necessary Follow directions from supervisor Reports for duty each day on time Leads by example Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities 3 or more years of experience Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Ability to lift 50 pounds safely Proficient equipment operating skills including hand tools and ladders Excellent attention to detail while working in a fun and fast paced environment Verbal and written communication skills Good time management skills:
be available for long hours and weekend as required Ability to prioritize and multi-task Clean and professional appearance Punctual and dependable Requirements Experience in residential and/or multi-family complexes preferred Job Type:
