Job Duties:
Streamline client's payments in Excel and CLS for posting Prepare, review, and send client remits Draft remit payments with the bank for approval by supervisor Meet timely deadlines for remit submissions Print, review, and organize checks Send electronic data interface files to support our client Organize, review, and post payments Prepare, review, and mail cost invoices Draft and execute upon transfers for credit/debit card payments Perform and support reconciliations Speak directly with clients via phone or email Assist the Accounting Department with other tasks as assigned Job
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail Ability to work well as part of a team and independently Advanced Excel knowledge and experience is required (Vlookups, queries, calculated columns, multi tab formulas and other functions as needed) Strong attention to detail Ability to complete assigned work timely and accurately Self-driven approach to growing responsibilities and individual development, open to changing responsibilities as role evolves Ability to work in fast paced environment Job Type:
