Account Representative
Michael Wayne Investment Co.
is a well-established, sub-prime automotive finance company, in the Norfolk, VA area, recruiting a full-time Account Representative with friendly customer service skills, to join our loan servicing department team.
The position requires someone with a high level of professionalism and communication skills to work in a fast paced and changing work environment, find amicable solutions to collections related issues and provide the highest level of customer service possible.
Ideal candidates will possess effective communication, interpersonal, time-management, and organizational skills with a high attention towards detail.

Our office is a professional environment and our employees are required to dress in business casual attire.
Schedules vary based on our hours of operations, Monday-Friday, 8:
00am-7:
00pm and Saturdays 9:
00am-4:
00pm.
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not to the following:
oCounseling customers regarding the status of their account and assist in providing resolutions on all incoming and outgoing phone contacts.
oAnswering high volume inbound and outbound telephone calls, while simultaneously typing and navigating computer programs in an efficient manner.
oPerforming skip tracing and establishing contact with customers.
oAchieving various goals for servicing accounts without ever sacrificing quality or service and consistently representing the company in a professional manner.
oOperating with a customer service mindset; identify customer needs, adjust approach based on customer needs, have a helpful and courteous attitude; demonstrate initiative and creativity in balancing customer and business needs.
oFlexibility to work extended hours with minimal notice during periods of heavy work load.
Once fully trained on site, the candidate will work remotely from home.
