Client Service Fellowship Community, Social Services & Nonprofit - Norfolk, VA at Geebo

Client Service Fellowship

We are launching the Market Street Trust Company Service Excellence Fellowship Program in 2023 and looking for a small number of candidates that would be interested in becoming Founding Fellows to experience the program and provide us feedback for future classes.
The concept is that Fellows, in partnership with Market Street staff, would learn relationship management best practices with a team that has been successfully working with ultra-high-net-worth families for over 100 years while continuously refining our skillset to embrace the next 100 years and beyond.
Whether you are newer to the field or more experienced, there will be opportunities to level up your skill sets.
This is a professional development program, along with the opportunity to be among a short-list of candidates for potential job openings that will come up at Market Street in the coming years.
This is a somewhat minimal time commitment.
We will meet in person in Corning, New York on February 1st and 2nd.
Then we will typically meet virtually on the first Friday of the month from 9 to 11 a.
m.
ET for the remainder of the year.
Attendance at our in-person kick-off will be required with expectations that you will make every effort to attend all virtual sessions.
We are building for our future generation of client-facing teammates, and as such, we are providing this program at no cost, including travel and other related expenses.
The program will be facilitated by Market Street staff, as well as industry and subject matter experts.
We'll be covering topics from emotional intelligence to asking better questions and authentic communication, and showing how Market Street delivers a high tech, high touch client experience.
In addition to the monthly sessions, participants will have session pre- and post- assignments, and be paired with a program mentor who they will be encouraged to meet and share with often.
Upon graduation, mentorships will continue along with quarterly all-Fellows calls to share and network as new classes of Fellows graduate the program.
We are passionate people who are passionate about people and, in particular, about service excellence--what it looks and feels like for the people involved, both advisors and clients, when service is at its best.
If you are interested in this program, and becoming a Market Street Fellow for future opportunities, please apply and we would be happy to continue the conversation.
We look forward to meeting our First Class of Fellows! Recommended Skills Customer Service Problem Solving Customer Relationship Management Customer Billing Communications Telephone Skills Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
