10 mission setThe CET Program Management Analyst will provide programmatic support to CET leadershipSpecific activities to include but not limited to are:
o Assist in planning, execution, and reporting of CET projectso Assist in preparing and formatting briefso Coordinate with internal and external program stakeholder organizations, toinclude scheduling, facilitating, and recording stakeholder meetings;identifying requirements, actions, risks, issues, and impacts; andtracking/reporting project progresso Proactively document accurate capture of CET contributions and theirsignificance for historical record, stakeholder consumption, employeeassessments, and budget justificationo Identify process and work flow improvement opportunities; provide nocost solutions to optimize team functions and/or interactions with externalorganizations for mission and enterprise-wide effecto Support Security, Access management, Asset management, logisticalsupport, knowledge management, and other ad hoc mission and program-related tasks as requiredo Develop/modify operational processes, work flows, and StandardOperating Procedures as requiredo Research governing policies and apply them to operational plans andrequirementso Compose, edit, and route official correspondence for CET leadershipo Collaborate with engineering team verbally and in writing to generaterequired issue papers, briefings, quick looks, after action reports, executivesummaries, data calls, and other products as directed for senior leadershipo Manage collection, compile, and edit input for weekly status reports for CETleadershipo Coordinate, prepare for, attend, and participate in weekly battle rhythmmeetings as required providing input on project status and to identify risks or potential issues requiring escalating to leadershipo Prepare and deliver agendas and presentation materials, draft meetingminutes, and capture action items for meetings/eventso Represent CET at meetings assuring priorities and requirements arecommunicated and understood, and that progress, delays, and /or issues arereported.
o Bachelor's Degree or 6 yrs' experience in administrative support to senior leadership, preferably within DoD with knowledge of Navy programs and organizational practiceso At least 1 year of experience working on a DoD/DoN informationtechnology and cybersecurity team with global requirements both planned and unplannedo Knowledge of Navy & DOD processes and information technologysolutionso Experience writing and editing papers and briefings at a seniorleadership levelo Experience developing technical documentationo Self-driven, adaptable to fluid, changing environmento Excellent written and verbal communication skillso Ability to work independently and within a team environment withgeographically dispersed team memberso Attention to detail; ensure work is in line with established standardsor to identify deficiencieso Ability to communicate information and ideas verbally and in writingto support informal and formal forums to inform audiences fromdiverse backgrounds and experience levelso Experience supporting risk management efforts for Navy, DOD, orcybersecurity program office preferredo Experience working with Joint, DoD, and/or Navy commands preferredo Skilled in project management techniques, principles, and practicepreferredo Bachelor's Degree or 8 years practical experienceo Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, tools such as ServiceNow, and Microsoft Productivity suite (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook,OneDrive, OneNote, Planner)o Active Top Secret with SCI Eligibilityo Must be able to travel up to 4 trips per year Recommended Skills Adaptability Administration Agenda Development Asset Management Attention To Detail Cloud Computing Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
