Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$27.

o Competitive pay rate o Opportunity to work with a premier client o Possibility of becoming a permanent employee o Chance to work in a collaborative environment What's a typical day as a Hybrid AR Specialist? You'll be:
o Setting up new projects and billing terms in accounting system per contract and per information provided by Contracts and Project Manager.
o Reviewing and advising on new project setup requests, verifying all required project information and following-up on missing information, and communicating project setup status to Project Managers.
o Updating Costpoint with any contract/client/project modifications.
Entering and maintaining data necessary for the contract backlog report.
o Supporting Contracts and Project Managers regarding contract documents, change orders, and other contract modifications, approvals, and any additional services-related to project accounting.
o Participating in project kick-off meetings.
o Collaborating with internal business partners to recommend proper project setup to ensure accurate revenue recognition, billing, and cost reporting requirements are met.
o Implementing project setup operations in Deltek Costpoint and Integrify to maximize effectiveness and accuracy.
o Auditing the accuracy of contractual information entered in the system and monitoring the operation of the financial systems.
o Developing solutions to project setup issues and working with systems design to implement new features.
o Working on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
o Demonstrating good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
o Networking with senior internal personnel in own area of expertise.
o Collaborating with client teams, contracts, and internal financial staff to identify and work through complex challenges and provide creative solutions.

o Have knowledge of Government project types, such as (T&M, FFP, CPFF, etc.

o Have strong communication, written, and interpersonal skills.
o Have excellent oral and written communication skills.
o Have superior attention to detail.
o Have the ability to learn and apply firm policies and procedures quickly.
o Have the ability to build relationships with all levels of staff thru management.
o Have the ability to adjust quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
o Have strong organizational skills.
o Have the ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.
o Have strong computer skills in Excel as well as the ability to learn new computer applications.
o Have proven customer service skills.
