Sales Advisors are trained to ensure our customers have the BEST car buying experience, providing excellent customer service and helping them make informed decisions about their purchase.

Schedule:
Full Time, day/evening/weekend shifts, business hours 9:
00am-8:
00pm.
Pay Range:
$60,000 - $100,000 per year and above (based on job performance).

Responsibilities:
Greet potential customers and introduce them to options based on make, type, and quality of vehicle desired.
Answer customer questions regarding car features, pricing, financing and warranties.
Provide test drives of vehicles and provide feedback on driving performance.
Develop customer relationships through follow-up and follow-through.
Negotiate vehicle prices and complete paperwork for sales.
Monitor customer satisfaction and address customer concerns.
Maintain current knowledge of product and dealership promotions.
Ensure proper inventory levels are maintained.
Keep abreast of new trends and industry developments.
Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction.
Continuously improving through feedback.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Valid Driver's License.
College Degree, High School Diploma or equivalent.
Satisfactory work experience in retail sales/customer service.
Confidence in sales ability and knowledge of best practices.
Essential Skills:
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle customer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
Computer literacy and ability to use customer databases.
Ability to build relationships with customers.
