Overview Falconwood, Incis a woman/veteran-owned business providing executive level consultants and programmatic support to Department of Defense (DoD) Information Technology (IT) initiatives and programsWe provide expert consultation on a diverse range of IT subjects focusing on acquisition strategy, implementation activities, cloud computing, systems engineering, and Cyber Security policy and engineeringThe JrProgram Management Support Analyst will provide onsite support for USFF N63 functions and tasks, to include managing event schedules, documents, and briefs; as well as gathering, assessing and analyzing documents in a timely manner for USFF N63 staffThis position requires a hybrid presence onsite with the client at the Naval Support Activity (NSA) Norfolk, VAAs the onsite representative, the Analyst must be technically savvy and possess excellent oral and written communication skillsResponsibilities The Junior Project Management Support Analyst Interprets requirements, performs analyses, and resolves problemsSupervises requirements traceability information and record requirements statusProvides support functions and tasks assigned to USSF N63, such as managing event schedules, document read-ahead(s) and briefsThe contractor will collate, assess and analyze documents in a timely manner.
o Perform analytical, technical, and customer service functions in support of USFFo Create, submit, and maintain Lessons Learned as requestedo Provide Enterprise Software Licensing (ESL) support in all areas to include data analysis, status updates, emails, taskerso Develop and update process guides ( SOPs)o Assist with the development / consolidation of the Monthly Status Reports (MSR)o Weekly Meeting coordinationo Gather stakeholder input, publish agenda, facilitate meeting Scheduling Video Teleconferenceso Participate in, as well as establish, program and project meetings to fulfill requirements and deliverableso Draft / submit Monthly Training Reporto Update / publish CIO distribution listo Update / publish phone list / organization chart / emergency evacuation listo Order office supplieso Generate, update, and / or review taskerso Create taskers from which may need updates from subordinates commando Run reports as requiredo Track the origination, movement, and dissemination of correspondenceo Other duties as required Qualifications Required:
o Active SECRET Clearanceo Minimum two (2) years' experience or Associates Degree.
o Proficiency in technical and business writingo Excellent attention to detailo Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Project, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePointo Excellent customer/client management skills and techniques - internal and externalo Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize all ongoing efforts and meet short suspense/high visibility deadlineo Excellent communication skills, both verbal and writteno Ability to think independently with minimal oversight, as well as demonstrate self-motivation and initiative Preferred:
o Prior Active Duty or Government Civiliano Bachelor's degree in English, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fieldo Experience applying SECNAVINST 5216.
5 (Navy Correspondence Manual) to correspondenceo High proficiency with writing Naval Correspondenceo Experience with communications management and / or project managemento Familiar with DON network environmentso Familiar with USFF structure and organization Pay Range $60,000 - $70,000 Recommended Skills Analytical Attention To Detail Business Administration Business Correspondence Cloud Computing Communication Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
