TRANSPORTATION ASSISTANT (PASSENGER)

Summary You will serve as a TRANSPORTATION ASSISTANT (PASSENGER) in the PERSONNEL SUPPORT DETACHMENT of PERS SUPPORT DET NAVSTA NORFOLK.
Responsibilities You will advise travelers on entitlements and responsibilities.
You will respond to customer issues involving travel schedules, costs, and entitlements.
You will identify discrepancies in reconciling billing statements to resolve carrier issues.
