Able To Obtain Security Clearance AERMOR is seeking qualified candidates to support test design and analysis for the Navy's Operational Test and Evaluation Force.
Responsibilities Include:
Train and conduct research on test and evaluation processes and related statistical techniques and tools.
Review program documentation to understand the scope of systems under test, the missions they support, the type of testing envisioned, and other constraints on test design.
Utilize Design of Experiments (DOE) and other statistical techniques to determine the optimal test points for operational tests and simulations.
Review, process, integrate, clean and visualize data collected during operational tests or simulation runs.
Perform statistical analyses on operational test data and simulation runs to support performance characterization and operational effectiveness determination as well as validation of the simulations.
Write, edit, and/or review relevant sections of test design, planning, analysis, and report documentation for Operational Test.
Assist in presenting results of test design and analysis efforts to government and military leadership.
Required Skills and
Experience:
Possess a bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university; STEM degree including coursework related to data analysis preferred but not required.
Ability to quickly learn various analytic software to perform data cleaning, visualization, and statistical analysis.
Ability to work independently and within dynamic cross-competency teams to aid in test design and analysis.
Engineering, analysis, and/or military work experience is a plus but not required.
Must have the ability to quickly understand the customers' overall technical objectives and mission and provide effective solutions.
