Insight Global is hiring for a Senior Program Manager Specialist to join a large Navy contract based out of Norfolk, VA.
We are currently seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team to provide program management support for our program.
This position is located in the National Capital Region (Wash DC).
Your contributions will play a vital role in ensuring the successful accomplishment of the program's mission requirements.
This position requires you to work remote and on-site at the government facilities, working closely with colleagues and collaborating effectively with the client as needed.

Liaison to Commander Patrol and Reconnaissance Group/Pacific (CPRG/P
Responsibilities:
Successful candidates will provide staff liaison between CPRG and PMW-750, ensuring Fleet priorities & concerns are passed timely to the PM and TacMobile program issues are conveyed to the Flag.
Responsible for TacMobile C41 equipment Installation/Delivery data and cost process estimation, so it matches up/aligns with the Program's Roadmap/IMS Fielding Plan by FY.
Utilize various Processes/Tools/Tabs within the SPAWAR PEO Integrated Database Environment Repository (SPIDER), and supporting Instructions like, Shore Installation Process Handbook (SIPH), FRCB Handbook, SOVT SPEG and IRD Development, and other Instructions are followed in order to achieve the ultimate goal of obtaining Fleet Readiness Certification Board (FRCB) Approval for the submitted TacMobile Installations by FRD 200 and NAVIFOR before the Installation Start Dates.
Coordinate with stakeholders involved in the installation process including the NIWC Fleet Installation Management Office FIO) at both NIWC LANT and NIWC PAC, PEO C41 Shore Integration Program Office (PMW 790), NAVIFOR, NAVWAR 4.
0 (Design Center (DC)) and 5.
0 (Technical Authority (TA)) Directorates, TacMobile Integrated Systems Engineering Activity ISEA), and other Contractors.
Administrative support and other functions:
Assist with access control/management of the TacMobile NSERC site.
Update and release the monthly EIPT Agenda and Brief slides to TOC/MTOC Sites, CPRG, NIWC LANT, and Community Partners.
Forward the weekly Management Overview, LANT, & PAC Reports to certain Team members, assist with gathering and providing info as requested by PEO data calls and Program Team members and any other ad hoc request as needed.
- Active TS Clearance - Bachelor's Degree - 7
years of experience providing program management services within a program management office (PMO).
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to self-start and multitask in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
