SUPERVISORY INTERDISCIPLINARY GENERAL ENGINEER/ARCHITECT

Duties You will serve as a point of contact for coordination of all assigned construction projects at DOD activities, under the cognizance of the Naval Facilities Engineering Command.
You will resolve complaints from individual employees, resolves group grievances, investigate serious complaints and involves HRO as necessary to ensure timely and effective conflict resolution.
You will evaluate performance of subordinates and ensure timely performance of subordinates of a satisfactory quality of work.
You will enforce all technical and administrative provisions (which typically involve several engineering disciplines) related to the management of assigned construction contracts.
You will actively supervise a technical staff comprised of civilians and, in some instances, military Civil Engineer Corps (CEC) Junior Officers (JOs) as well.

Successful completion of a professional engineering degree.
