IT Field Service Technician - Retail/QSR
A family-owned retailer with over 250 locations is looking for an experienced IT Field Service Technician to join our team.

Responsibilities:
Install, diagnose, repair, maintain and upgrade all store technologies such as point of sales systems, desktop PCs, network equipment, and peripherals Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems Works with hardware/software vendors to ensure equipment and software are running to optimal standards IT Field Technician Requirements:
At least 1 years of experience in a multi-site, retail environment Experience with back-office retail systems CompTIA A
Certification Associates Degree preferred At least 2 years of experience with point of sale and/or customer self-service equipment preferred IT Field Technician
