Support Operations Coordinator (I-III)

Perform return merchandise activities and process timely and accurate information regarding RMA status in both Sales Force, CETECH and Visual Manufacturing as required.
Follow-up with Services and customers on status of replacement merchandise Advise customers on shipping policies and procedures.
Request and submit Purchase Order Authorizations from customers when required.
Manage Sales Force Cases to accurately reflect RMA status for reporting purposes.
Perform loaner activities to include inventory, issuing of loaners, and ensuring timely return of loaner assets.
Associates Degree desired but not required 2-5 years related experience required Familiar with database operation and data entry Customer Service experience desired Good phone and email etiquette Ability to multi-task and work under pressure Hands on knowledge of standard Microsoft Office applications Excellent communication, organizational skills and process oriented Recommended Skills Communication Coordinating Customer Service Data Entry Databases Merchandising Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
