This position's primary duties include office activities, supply ordering, and business financial activities.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and communication skills, manage supplies/materials, understand and perform accurate and timely data collection, and demonstrate effective use and maintenance of office equipment.

Routinely performs administrative tasks, which include correspondence, scheduling meetings, preparing departmental statistics, filing, and adjustments of physician schedules.
Prepares and processes accounting, payroll, and operation information.
In addition, provides support to the Practice Manager, Director, and other leadership team members.
Works as a team player and functions in a lead role for the administrative staff at the practice site under direction of a Practice Manager or Director.
Two years of college education or equivalent preferred.
One year of Supervisory experience preferred.
