You will use accurate data entry to keep notes and document calls as you complete them.
You need to stay focused on calling applicants to screen and schedule for interviews in our office.
You need to be comfortable sitting at a desk, on the phone and computer most of your day.
(you can get up to move around during the day, but the job is on the phone and computer) You will also be cross trained to learn the Employment Specialist position.

SHIFT :
FULL TIME, Mon - Fri 8am-5pm (You will need to have the ability to stay later if needed, but this does not happen a lot) The primary skills REQUIRED for the position:
Need to be a strong Multi-Tasker and very Detailed.
Strong phone, interpersonal and writing skills are an essential part of this role.
Self-discipline to stay on task all dayto be able to touch on all aspects of the job, every day.
Possess excellent customer service skills.
Ability to handle frustrated or angry callers.
Sometimes people get upset, you need to be able to deal with that.
Must have strong organizational and time management skills.
Must have strong computer (basic MS Excel, Word, and Outlook) and data entry skills (accurately type minimum 40wpm), there is a lot of computer work and documentation with this job and accuracy is key).
Able to learn new computer programs quickly.
Need a desire to help people and to learn & grow (and cross train) within our company.
Reliability is very important as you will be a vital member of this team.
A college degree is desired but not required.
This is NOT a Remote position.
