Job Description:
Point of contact for all departmental activities related to the undergraduate program including:
recruitment of freshman students, and enrollment of transfer students from community colleges; creation and updating of academic records of students; providing assistance for certification of students for graduation; advising students concerning rules, regulations and requirements for earning a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering; provide support for scheduling of all departmental courses, and associated instructional activities; develop and update brochures for recruitment of new students in the program; act as liaison with alumni, and community colleges; serves as an administrative assistant to the Chair to coordinate academic activities related to students, faculty, alumni and other administrative units in the university.

Qualifications:
Demonstrate ability to complete work assignments in a timely fashion while multi-tasking.
Demonstrate good oral and written communication skills.
Demonstrate ability to perform in a professional manner in a team environment.
Demonstrate ability to meet deadlines when completing shared office tasks.
Demonstrate good keyboarding skills and knowledge of PC-based software such as the Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications:
Recommended Skills Administration Communication Consulting Mechanical Engineering Microsoft Office Multitasking Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
