We provide you with all the training you need to support to individuals with disabilities to live as independently as possible in a variety of settings, by assisting them in developing new skills to reach their goalsThe wages for this position is $16.
03 an hour PLUS benefits PLUS shift differential PLUS overtime rates available!The schedule for this position is Tuesday through Saturday 1p-9pBenefits Health insurance includes vision, (up to 93% paid by Hope House) Dental insurance (100% paid by Hope House) Life insurance (100% paid by Hope House) Generous leave including 12 paid holidays 401k Qualifications Willing to attend a Red Cross First Aid training that we pay you to attend Willing to attend a Medication Management training that we pay you to attend Want to learn and grow professionally Ability to carry out the physical requirements of this position which include but are not limited to:
lifting up to 50 pounds several times per shift as needed, ascending and descending stairs several times per shift, pushing and pulling wheelchairs and sitting, standing, and walking for periods of time throughout a shift as needed.
Must have a valid Drivers License.
Must have reliable transportation during work hours.
Must have a satisfactory criminal history check.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Ability to assist individuals with completing activities of daily living.
Experience through education or work history that demonstrates reliability/dependability.
Skill to complete satisfactorily:
Medication Certification, Medicaid Waiver Certification, First Aid/CPR, Mandt, and other requirements associated with orientation.
Ability to work effectively in a team.
Ability to make decisions and exercise good judgment.
Skill in locating and accessing community resources.
Recommended Skills Activities Of Daily Living (Ad Ls) Cpr First Aid And Preparedness Hardworking And Dedicated Reliability Transportation Management Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
