You will work closely with supervisor on inventory levels, prepping large orders for delivery and making sure orders meet install requirements/request.

Additional duties:
Respond to incoming orders placed by email, phone and sometimes fax.
Enter data timely and accurately.
Must have complete understanding of Inventory availability and allocation.
Ability to accurately allocate inventory.
Understand how inventory levels are affected, i.
e.
, invoicing, open order holds and allocations.
Initial check to make sure order is complete and ready for entry using checklists.
Follow up with customers on orders placed.
Answer incoming phone and email inquiries re pricing, product availability, order financing, shipping methods and dates.
Interacting with warehouse personnel regarding shipping and receiving product.
Work closely with sales and technical staff, as well as customer support group.
Directly responsible for assisting a group of sales personnel with orders/status/shipping.
Qualifications:
