Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with local and federal regulations - Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding - Administer employee benefits programs and ensure accurate recordkeeping - Conduct performance evaluations and provide guidance on employee development and training - Assist in resolving employee relations issues and foster a positive work environment - Stay updated on HR trends, laws, and best practices to ensure compliance and suggest improvements - Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for employees, including calculating wages, overtime, bonuses, commissions, and deductions.
-Maintain and update employee time and attendance records, including tracking absences, vacations, sick leaves, and other time-off requests -Handle payroll-related administrative tasks such as data entry, maintaining employee records, updating tax information, and generating reports for management and accounting purposes.
Requirements:
