Airbnb Cleaner/Operations Associate (9:30am-5:30pm)

This is a progression-based role designed to give opportunity as mastery is achieved.
It begins with our core needs of unit turnovers and cleaning, and advances through roles such as groundskeeping, warehouse attendant, and day-running for on the grounds needs.
This is an exciting opportunity, as an associate with Tesseract Rentals can quickly grow into a role that manages our entire warehouse given the right person.
This role is full-time (40 hours per week), 9 am to 5 pm.
With this role you will see every part of the short term rental management process.
As a new associate with us, your day will look like driving a company van to different properties cleaning units, managing turnovers, taking stock of unit inventory, reporting maintenance issues, and fulfilling guest requests.
This position starts on the ground floor of operations, but offers autonomy and numerous growth opportunities for dedicated and hard working employees.

Drive company van to properties Clean units (including making beds, cleaning floors, kitchens, and bathrooms) for next guest Report unit conditions on task management app Report maintenance issues Deep clean units after long stays Take stock of and replenish unit inventory Return dirty linens back to warehouse Help with guest issues (example:
locked out) Stock inventory Provide quality checks on units post-cleans Relevant Work
Experience:
Cleaning Warehouse Manual labor Maintenance Requirements Clean driving record and active driver's license.
Available to work weekdays and at least one weekend day per week Available to work 5
days per week from 9 am to 5 pm.
Able to lift 50 pounds Able to walk up and down steps carrying equipment Able to lift and place inventory items on shelves Job Types:
