Minimum Fleet Scheduling Analyst Timitron Corporation is seeking a Fleet Scheduling Analyst (FSA) shall provide database development and support for each task order.
The FSA shall have five (5) years or more of relative experience.
a.
The Fleet Scheduling Analyst MUST have recent and current experience within five (5) years; 1) Ability to utilize computers including the Microsoft Office Suite for compiling information for reports and history files.
Minimum/Required
Experience:
The Fleet Scheduling Analyst (FSA) must have a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience and five (5) years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite of products.
Responsibilities The Fleet Scheduling Analyst (FSA) must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience as listed in the description above.
Additionally, the FSA will include:
a.
Provide scheduling support for the development and maintenance of ship's schedule to facilitate planning within MARMC.
b.
Serve as the liaison between MARMC, CNRMC, and DIO regarding all User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for FSC migration into FTS.
c.
Work with counterparts at DIO, USFFC, CNSL, and CNRMC regarding ship availabilities with regards to CNOs, CMAVs, and TSRAs.
d.
Work with CNRMC and CNSL to establishment the requirements to build out a TSRA tracker.
e.
Participate in working groups to build out requirements, provide feedback, and test the redesign of the WEBSKED application.
f.
Provide analyses of Fleet schedules as required.
g.
Attend meetings related to projects, working groups, initiatives, and technical conferences as required.
h.
Administrative services such as development of flowcharts and presentations, document user-guides processes and business rules.
Travel Minimal travel required.
