To succeed as a Event Staff member, you should have good decision-making skills, as you will be responsible for taking action in various situations.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and patrol areas to ensure safety of the premises.
Access Control.
Monitor entrance and exit points for suspicious behavior and prevent unauthorized people from entering secure areas.
Maintain accurate in and out counts Customer Service Check for fire hazards (e.
g.
broken extinguishers) or other fire risks (e.
g.
blocked fire exits or excess flammable materials).
Record details of any incidents.
Report any instances of unsafe conditions or inappropriate behavior to supervisors.
