Job Description The primary duties of this position include supporting our growing list of clients in the use of our inventory management software.
Support Guides will be expected to work with existing clients in the training and troubleshooting of the Yellow Dog Inventory system.
You will be working directly with our valued clients in the hospitality industry to gather information about issues they are facing, and guide them to solutions.
In addition to maintaining a great relationship with existing clients, specific duties would include communicating questions and solutions internally, tracking client information in our ticketing system, researching issues and providing the best solution for our client and maintaining detailed notes and documentation.

Experience/Requirements Show a willingness to learn every day Develop a deep understanding of our proprietary inventory software Lead clients to solutions within the framework of defined support processes Communicate clearly and concisely with clients and teammates Offer insights that contribute to the growth of your team Manage several responsibilities simultaneously Learn and apply basic Microsoft Office skills Overnight Travel - Rare for this position Security Clearance - Not Required Ideal Candidates Would Also Have One or More of the Following:
Hospitality work experience (Server, Bartender, or F&B Management Experience) Experience with Point of Sale, Inventory, or Accounting systems Work Hours M-F 8:
30 to 5 in office, with rotating Noon - 8 shifts Rotating On Call Shifts Overnight Travel - Rarely for this position.
