Summary:
This is an office-based position.
Insight Therapeutics, LLC, manages large-scale clinical trials in the U.
S.
The Site Support Specialist will help provide information and solutions to assist site staff with performing activities related to research projects.
The site support specialist will assist with handling phone calls and customer requests via email or text regarding access to resources, such as items in the cloud-based portal, or answer basic questions about project requirements.
The Site Support Specialist will help provide proactive communication to research sites, who are our customers, regarding situations that might affect their participation, including the shipment of research supplies, or response to monthly data requests.
Essential Functions and Duties:
Make daily outbound calls and send follow-up emails to customers to collect data or documents related to research activities Answer incoming emails and calls from customers supporting them with requested information and/or problem resolution (sometimes contacting other team members for support) to ensure maintaining a positive relationship Document communications with customers in study databases Provide updates to customers on project-related tasks, including project-related supply receipt confirmation, and communication about other items, such as newsletters Schedule calls to conduct virtual check-ins via Zoom, etc.
Participate in staff meetings Manage miscellaneous related duties and projects as assigned Maintain data confidentiality Skills needed to succeed in this role:
Excellent presentation, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent keyboarding and computer skills including Microsoft 365 applications.
A mindset that recognizes the importance and sensitivity of our customers.
Multi-tasking abilities in a call center environment.
Excellent phone etiquette and proven customer service abilities.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail.
Education, Knowledge, and
Experience:
High School Diploma or GED required Associates degree preferred.
Minimum 2 to 4 years general work experience preferred.
