growing Underground Construction Company We are seeking a General Superintendent for our client's Site work and Underground Division, you will have the opportunity to lead crews building water and sewer infrastructure, Earthwork and land developement.
They have an opening in the VIRGNIA BEACH and also have an office in the RICHMOND area where they self perform deep excavations and large diameter roadway installations with public and private clients.
Job Duties Manage job site safety and establish site safety expectations Create 6-week look-ahead schedules and monitor overall project schedule Coordinate with project management Review job cost and manage labor productivities Complete daily and periodic report updates Oversee quality control Manage subcontractors Train craft workers Mentor Superintendents and Forman WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR 10
