- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions for clients - Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to support client progress and behavior change - Conduct research and stay up-to-date with current trends and best practices in addiction counseling - Maintain accurate and confidential medical records for each client - Provide case management services to clients, including coordinating referrals and collaborating with other healthcare professionals - Implement applied behavior analysis strategies to support clients with behavioral challenges - Conduct psychotherapy sessions to address underlying mental health issues Skills:
